*Position Summary*
We are seeking a responsible and dependable Technical Support Specialist to support our Auto ID and POS printer products. This position assists customers, partners, and internal teams with product installation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Provide technical support for Auto ID and POS printer products.
-Troubleshoot product, software, and connectivity issues.
-Assist customers and partners with product installation, configuration, and testing.
-Reproduce reported issues and identify possible causes.
-Prepare technical reports, guides, and training materials.
-Conduct product demonstrations and technical training.
-Follow up on technical issues until they are resolved.
-Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, and Operations teams.
*Qualifications*
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Fluent in both Korean and English. (회사내 모든 업무는 영어입니다)
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Responsible, diligent, dependable, and detail-oriented.-
-Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
-Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
*Preferred Qualifications*
-Previous experience in technical support or a related technical position.
-Experience with Auto ID, barcode, label, mobile, or POS printer products.
-Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software integration.
