Accounting Manager (Manhattan, NY)
Key Duties
• Daily review of financial status, all accounts of COA
• Preparing Call Reports
• Processing estimated tax, corporate tax return, tax provision, and all other tax issues
• Allowance for credit loss management by CECL methodology
• Annual financial and tax audit preparation for external and/or internal audits
• Annual budgeting and financial planning/forecasting
General Duties
• Preparing reports for the Parent Bank
• Responsible for closing book of Month and Year end
• Maintenance of Accounting, capital management policy and procedure
Salary : $90,000+ (depending on experience & higher base if CPA-certified)
SBA Manager Position (Location : Manhattan, NY)
Key Duties:
• Comply with the Bank’s established loan policies & procedures and SBA guidelines & eligibilities
• Oversee SBA loan underwriting, servicing, and origination
• Establishing relationships with business brokers, loan brokers, CPAs, real estate agents and other referral sources to market SBA loans
• Manage SBA loan portfolio to minimize risk and maximize profit
• Train and educate Bank personnel in changes in SBA guidelines and eligibility requirements
• Perform credit analysis and spreads on financial information and review application for SBA eligibility determination
• Maintain and update accurate, timely loan application register
• Prepare and review files for policy, regulatory, and documentation compliance, including equal credit, fair credit reporting, BSA, and regulatory requirement
General Duties:
• Reviewing files in preparation for external, internal, FDIC and SBA PLP auditors
• Oversee the sale of the SBA guarantee portion of loans to the secondary market, when applicable
• Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with SBA District Office where the Bank participates
• Obtaining approval from the SBA for PLP expansion into new areas
• Ensure SBA Unit is in compliance with regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act-Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Privacy Act, and Community Reinvestment Act. Provide on-going training on their compliance requirements to SBA department staff.
Salary Range: $80K+ (depending on experience)
NJ Loan Center (Location : Fort Lee, NJ)
Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates
Key Duties
• Request and compile required documents for underwriting process
• Draft and submit credit memorandums for approval
• Assist customers and borrowers with inquiries and requests related to commercial lending
General Duties
• Follow up with loan tickler (making sure business & property insurance are up-to-date; compile information for submission)
• Support annual review (check property tax status and insurance)
• Provide response to clients' requests (disbursement request and debit authorization)
Salary : $50,000 + (depending on experience)
Information Technology (Manhattan, NY)
• 5+ Years of IT experience or 1+ Years in Banking IT
• A degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred, but not required.
• Advanced hardware knowledge and IT troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to assist users with hardware and software implementation projects.
• Experience with MS Server, Linux, Patch Management.
Salary Range : $60K ~ $80K
