Salary Range: $50,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating loan closings, collecting and reviewing required documents, tracking closing conditions, and maintaining complete loan files.
Requirements
• Open to entry-level or experienced candidates
• Bachelor’s degree (background in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred)
• Experience in commercial lending or corporate banking preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan underwriting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the loan closing process between loan approval by the Credit Planning Team and funding by Note Team.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding closing conditions and pending items issued by Note.
• Coordinate directly with escrow companies, title companies, and closing attorneys to facilitate loan closings, and third-party vendors to obtain required closing items.
• Communicate with Relationship Managers and loan centers to collect pending items that are supposed to be provided by the applicants.
• Coordinate loan document execution with Rms/loan centers.
• Coordinate loan closing and funding with Note and ensure all funding conditions are satisfied.
• Identify and escalate closing exceptions or documentation deficiencies as necessary.
