RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact prospective & regular customers to present product lines and solicit purchase orders
• Maintain detailed records regarding customer calls & meetings for future reference
• Research & document clients’ purchasing trends & patterns to recommend appropriate products
• Leverage knowledge of promotions, new arrivals, & best-selling styles to advise client purchasing decisions
• Regularly meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and performance benchmarks
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of experience in the women's fashion wholesale industry
• Proven track record demonstrating the ability to solicit purchase orders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) preferred
Job Type: Full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM (M – F)
Pay: $18/hour and up, depending on experience & qualification

• AA or BA degree in a fashion school or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Bi-lingual (English/Korean) preferred.

Pay: $19.00- $20.50 per hour (negotiable depending on the experience)
[Import apparel Fit Technician]
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducting fit sessions and evaluating samples for fit, comfort, and functionality.
• Making precise measurements and identifying discrepancies from target specs.
• Collaborating with designers and production to correct fit issues.
• Maintaining company sizing, grading, and specification standards.
• Creating and updating tech packs with detailed fit instructions.
• Auditing production pieces to ensure quality control.
REQUIRMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in apparel production and Fit Tech
• Garment Construction: Deep understanding of how clothes are made.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical skills.
• Body Knowledge: Understanding of body shapes, ideal fit standards, and grading.
• Fabrics: Knowledge of how different textiles affect fit and drape.
• Problem-Solving: Critical thinking to resolve complex fit challenges.
• Communication: Clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read, understand, and alter patterns.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Salary Range: $22-30/ hour and up, depending on experience & qualification
[Associate import production]
• 3+ years’ experience in the women's apparel industry and import production experience
• Create tech packs and fit comments
• Knowledge of garment construction and spec
• Able to do data entry on the ERP system and follow up on POs
• Proficient use of MS.
• AA or BA degree in fashion school preferred
