1. Construction Project Manager
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising all activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track and ensure expenses remain within budget.
• Scheduling: Maintain and adjust project timelines as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Permits & Compliance: Secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and concerns.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including contracts and change orders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.
2. Project Engineer
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to assist in planning, design, and execution of federal construction projects. This role will support the Project Manager and coordinate with field teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and review of project submittals and RFIs
• Coordinate technical details with design consultants and subcontractors
• Support in estimating, cost control, and budgeting
• Maintain project schedules and assist with updates
• Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with federal construction standards (NAVFAC, USACE, GSA)
• Document project activities and maintain construction records
• Participate in QA/QC procedures and inspections
• Provide support in procurement of materials and services
• Support field staff and attend jobsite meetings as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2+ years of construction or engineering experience, federal project experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with government contracts and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, or similar construction management tools
3. Administrative Assistant
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and project documentation. This role will assist in coordinating administrative duties, maintaining company records, and supporting project and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct calls, manage emails, and provide front-desk support
• Maintain filing systems, track project documents, and prepare reports
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff for scheduling and logistics
• Manage office supplies and support procurement documentation
• Support with payroll records, timekeeping, and billing
• Assist in compliance tracking and internal audits
• Prepare and format company documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
