You will lead our merchandising and product direction for trend-driven retailers such as Windsor, Fashion Nova, AKIRA, and Lulus, as well as specialty and department-store partners.
The right candidate will do more than identify trends. You will turn market insight into a clear product strategy, align and motivate the design team, and lead meaningful changes that improve sales, margins, and overall product performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish a clear seasonal merchandising and product strategy.
• Identify emerging trends in silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and key items 6–12 months ahead.
• Translate runway, social media, nightlife, festival, lifestyle, and consumer trends into commercially viable products.
• Lead and guide designers through seasonal development while maintaining clear deadlines and priorities.
• Build line plans and assortments tailored to each retailer and customer demographic.
• Review product performance and use sales data to guide future development.
• Partner with Sales, Design, Sourcing, Production, and Executive Leadership to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Create accountability, structure, and stronger execution across the product development process.

• Exceptional fashion sense combined with strong analytical and business judgment.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and bring out the best in a team.
• Highly responsible, proactive, organized, and comfortable making decisions.

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Fashion Designer to lead the concept, development, and execution of trend-right women’s apparel collections.
You will take ideas from initial research and mood boards through fitting and final production, ensuring each product is visually compelling, commercially relevant, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full design lifecycle from trend research through final sample approval.
• Develop seasonal concepts, color stories, prints, fabrics, and key silhouettes.
• Produce professional flat sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
• Conduct fittings and refine fit, specifications, construction, and proportion.
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, and overseas vendors.
• Maintain brand direction while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

About the Role We are looking for a high-energy E-Commerce & Trade Show Sales Manager to grow our online platforms (FashionGo, FAIRE, company websites) and drive our presence at major industry trade shows, including Las Vegas and Dallas events.
This is an outbound sales leadership role, not a passive order-processing job. We want a true sales driver who actively finds new buyers, builds customer relationships, and creates business rather than waiting for orders to come in.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Revenue: Exceed sales goals across online wholesale platforms (FashionGo, FAIRE), brand websites, and physical trade shows.
• Proactive Outreach: Call, email, and message prospective buyers to secure new accounts and drive repeat orders.
• Trade Show Execution: Manage trade show presences (including Las Vegas & Dallas shows) and actively follow up with leads to close sales.
• Store Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings, imagery, pricing, and promotions to increase conversion rates.
• Team Leadership: Lead and hold the digital sales team accountable for performance, accuracy, and customer service.
• Operations & Content: Oversee order workflows, inventory balance, and the brand social media calendar.

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, B2B wholesale platforms, or trade show sales.
• Hands-on experience with FashionGo, FAIRE, brand websites, and major trade shows (Las Vegas, Dallas, etc.).
• Proven track record in proactive, outbound sales generation (not just administrative shop maintenance).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with modern digital commerce tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong team leadership abilities.
Benefits
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• Health insurance
• Paid Time Off and sick leave
• Paid holidays
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Daily company-provided lunch
General Requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (Spanish Plus)
• All positions are on-site.
