1. TNA - Sr. Operation Specialist
Position Summary
Binex-TNA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sr. Operations Specialist to join our TNA Department. Responsible for managing and coordinating freight transportation activities while building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers. This role focuses on securing transportation capacity, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring on-time delivery performance, and providing high-level customer service. This position also supports team operations, resolves escalated transportation issues, and contributes to overall business growth and operational efficiency.
Job description
• Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners
• Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality
• Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities
• Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
• Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications required
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required
Pay Range : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

2.Import Operation Specialist (Entry)
Job description
Import Operation
• Process and manage import shipments
• Data input / documentation
• Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed
Qualifications required
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea
• Must be able to legally work in the Unites States
Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Frequent use of computer and office equipment
Pay range : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

3. Import Operation Specialist (Experienced)
At least 4 years of freight forwarding experience required.
Job description
• Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
• Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies.
• Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations.
• Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently.
Qualifications required
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea
• Prior experience in a similar bilingual import/export role is a plus
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must be able to legally work in the Unites States
