Human Resources Manager serves as an independent HR compliance leader responsible for ensuring full adherence to California employment laws and providing risk-based, strategic guidance to operations.
This position requires a highly self-directed professional with advanced knowledge of California labor law who can independently research legal requirements, interpret regulatory changes, assess exposure, and implement legally defensible solutions with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Experience:
- 8+ years in HR (Required)
- 4+ years in payroll (Required)
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now (plus)
- High attention to detail
- Experience advising management on complex compliance matters
Pay Rate: $77,000 - $92,000 / year (Exempt)
