Administrative Assistant :
Key Responsibilities (Included but not Limited to)
• Provide general administrative and support to other division if needed
• Maintain organized records and assist with daily office operations, and paper works
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Support team members with clerical and administrative needs
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficient in computer use, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office,
QuickBook knowledge a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Fluent in English required, Spanish a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Schedule
• Full-Time Position ( may consider Hybrid)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Accountant : As the ideal candidate, you will have 5 years or more experienced as a Manufacturing Corporate
Responsibility (Includes but not limited to)
• Daily maintain with Factoring Company ( AR, Ledger Debt ) Account
• Running accounting operations, including monthly and quarterly close process
• In charge of cash management, inventory reconciliations
• Completing monthly relevant account reconciliations and reports
• Payroll, and required Tax File
• Supervise journal entry associated tasks
• Assisting CEO in generation of yearly audit assets
• Working with outside CPA, Reconciliation of the Balance Sheet and F/S.
• Maintaining General Ledger
• Required office operation follow ups supervision
Accountant Requirement
Bachelor degree in Accounting, a CPA or candidate preferred
• Preferred Experienced with manufacturing corporate for more than 5 years
• Solid understanding of accounting, audit, and tax
• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management & problem solving
• Ability to work individually as well as in a group as a sincere team player
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Fluent, communicate and write in English
Accountant Assistant : As the ideal candidate, you will have 2 years or more experienced with CPA office a MUST
Responsibility (Includes but not limited to)
• Solid understanding of accounting
• Journal entry and associated task, maintain GL
• Maintain P/L, BS, F/S
• Working with CPAs
• Required Tax Filing

5.Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to work independently
