1.Administrative & Accounting Specialist
Position Overview
A highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Specialist responsible for supporting financial operations and daily administrative functions. This role is well suited for a professional who can effectively balance accounting responsibilities with strong operational coordination.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a keen eye for detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy, operational efficiency, and the seamless execution of office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting Task
• Ensure daily financial transactions are properly recorded and aligned with financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
• Process invoices, verify accuracy, ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Administrative Office Operations
• Ensure Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
• Manage scheduling, service logs, and vendor performance to ensure timely completion of tasks
•Manage as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issue resolution
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Basic bookkeeping & administrative support experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
2.Warehouse Customer Service Specialist
Position Overview
The Warehouse Customer Service Specialist serves as a key point of contact between customers and warehouse operations.
This position is responsible for managing communications regarding incoming and outgoing shipments,
coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of goods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Customer Communication
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers regarding warehouse shipments (inbound/outbound)
• Respond promptly to inquiries about shipment status, delays, discrepancies, and special handling requests
• Provide shipment confirmations, PODs, and relevant documentation as requested
• Shipment Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Track and update customer shipment schedules, delivery appointments, and dock assignments
• Work with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange pickups and deliveries
• Documentation and System Updates
• Accurately maintain records of shipments, inventory movements, and customer communications
• Input and update shipment data in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures for documentation
• Problem Resolution
• Investigate and resolve customer issues such as shipment delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management and follow through until resolution
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align priorities and execution
• Support inventory cycle counts, audits, and reporting as needed
• Assist in process improvements related to customer service and warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems (WMS experience preferred)
• Ability shift priorities easily, and multi-task in a highly transactional environment
• Knowledge of logistics, freight, and shipping documentation preferred
• Emphasis on safety is extremely important
• Ability to engage with the workforce and create a positive environment and culture
• Excellent problem-solving skills
