Position: Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Schedule, track, trace, and bill charges
* Troubleshooting and proactive communication with clients
* Track and maintain dispatch assignments, ensuring successful completion
* Provide excellent customer service and operational support
Qualifications and Skills:
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year required
* Transportation Dispatch Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred (not required)
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Must be able to communicate efficiently (Verbal and Written)
* Must have the ability to learn dispatch programs and systems
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel Spreadsheet, Word)
* Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
* Capable of quickly building rapport and effectively following up with customers
* Great organizational skills

* Hourly : $19 ~ $28 (D.O.E)
