Rootinger is a fast-growing food & beverage marketing agency working with restaurants and brands across LA & OC. We’re looking for a part-time Brand & Marketing Director who can be a true all-rounder — someone who knows marketing inside out, directs creative work with confidence, and isn’t afraid to take ownership the way a founder would.
Think of this role as being a mini-Rootinger lead: part strategist, part creative director, part doer. You’ll guide campaigns, manage clients, and shape creative content — making sure everything connects and delivers results.
What you’ll do
- Plan and lead social media, influencer, and digital ad campaigns.
-Direct the creative vision for client content, branding, and marketing.
- Manage and grow client accounts (mainly restaurants & food brands).
- Spot trends early and apply them to client campaigns.
- Take full ownership of projects from idea to execution.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in social media marketing, branding, or agency work.
- Strong marketing background with creative leadership skills.
- Familiar with Korean cuisine and culture; conversational Korean a plus.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats.
- Based in LA/OC with hybrid/remote flexibility.
Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
- Hours: 20–30 per week
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
