업무 내용:

주요 업무:
• 한인 고객과의 소통 및 관계 관리
• 고객 인터뷰 및 상담 진행 (배경, 선호사항, 결혼관 등 파악)
• 매칭 진행 전후로 고객 피드백 수집 및 상담 제공
• 내부 팀과 협력하여 최적의 매칭 제안
• CRM을 통한 고객 정보 및 진행 상황 체계적으로 관리
• 고객과의 신뢰 형성 및 장기적인 관계 유지
• 신규 고객 등록 및 서비스 절차 안내
• 고객 문의 응대 및 만족도 관리
자격 요건:
• 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (말하기 및 쓰기)
• 고객 서비스, 상담, 커뮤니케이션 관련 업무 경험자 우대
• 뛰어난 소통 능력 및 공감 능력
• 한인 커뮤니티에 대한 이해와 문화적 민감성
• 체계적이고 신뢰할 수 있으며, 개인정보 보안 유지 능력

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and bilingual Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Korean clients, understanding their relationship goals, and guiding them throughout the matchmaking process. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, has strong interpersonal skills, and is passionate about helping people find meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients.
• Conduct in-depth consultations and interviews to understand clients’ backgrounds, preferences, and relationship goals.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the matchmaking journey, including pre- and post-date feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and coordinate client matches.
• Maintain detailed client records and relationship progress using internal CRM tools.
• Help foster trust and build long-term relationships with clients through empathy, communication, and professionalism.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining DUO America’s matchmaking services and process.
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond to inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in customer service, counseling, or relationship management is a plus.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity to the Korean-American community.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
