DUO America is an exclusive matchmaking service for Korean Americans, founded in 1999. Our mission is to provide exceptional matchmaking services.
We are looking for individuals who want to engage in meaningful work. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to help others and possess excellent communication skills. These qualities will enable them to offer valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.
As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive success.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices to continually enhance consulting services.
• If any additional tasks are assigned, ensure that they are handled with responsibility and diligence.
Requirements
• *Bilingual in English and Korean is required*
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Proven experience in consulting or a related field is a plus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
