Shipping & Logistics Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
Elevator Disco is a fast-growing contemporary women's fashion company supplying major retailers
We are looking for an experienced Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with major retailers' shipping requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage daily shipping operations from warehouse to customers
Create and manage ASN (Advance Shipping Notices)
Process and manage shipments using the N41 ERP system
Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and factories
Schedule deliveries and ensure on-time shipments
Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, carton labels, and invoices
Monitor retailer routing guides and compliance requirements
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and logistics
Resolve shipping discrepancies and chargeback issues
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Support production and operations teams throughout the shipping process
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of apparel shipping/logistics experience
Strong knowledge of ASN creation and retailer compliance
Experience using N41 ERP (Required)
Experience working with major retailers (Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, etc.) preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
