Project Manager
Salary Range: Starting $90K - UP – depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
• Conducting project cost estimates.
• Manage project schedule and budget.
• Schedule visits to project sites to observe progress and perform quality control.
• Manage communication and coordination with other team members.
• Interface with clients and attend weekly progress meetings.
• Prepare subcontractor buyouts.
• Prepare and review invoices.
• Review all project related documents and execute the project in compliance to the contract.
• Interface with Project Superintendents for scheduling and change order management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to create and update baseline construction schedules.
• Must be able to travel to job sites as needed.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree
• DoD / Federal Experience is a plus.

Superintendent
Salary Range: $80K - UP – depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish project schedules, coordinate resources, and monitor progress.
• Supervise and mentor a team of site supervisors, foremen, and other construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify and address any issues or obstacles, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including monitoring their performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety among all on-site personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage project budgets, track project costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site photographs.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably in mid-sized or larger firms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Professional certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.

Salary Range: Starting $70K - UP – depending on experience
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and review of project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project design and construction documents are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, addressing any technical queries or challenges that may arise.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking construction activities, milestones, and critical path items.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Assist in the management and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and review of change orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
• Assist in the documentation and management of project-related data, including drawings, logs, reports, and project correspondence.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project costs, monitor budgets, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates.

Qualifications
