▶ Finance – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards) to the correct accounts in the general ledger.

• Record financial transactions, help manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and perform bank reconciliations

• Reconcile AR ledger accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies, short payments, or unallocated cash.

• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and other financial metrics for management review.

• Support the finance team during the month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring all AR transactions are finalized and reconciled.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal sales teams regarding billing inquiries, payment terms, and account statuses.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions

• Understand and follow company rules and regulations

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting is required for staff position

• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred

• Experience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

Salary Range: $ 60K – 65K 

▶ Supply Chain Management - Manager (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Electronics America 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals and adapt to changing market conditions

• Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost effectiveness and high standards

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs and mitigating the risk of dead stock

• Manage and optimize the transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods

• Continuously analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimization

• Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks

• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, while driving initiatives for sustainable and ethical sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or procurement with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Proficiency in SCM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong ability to analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and make data-driven resolutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $80K~$100K

▶  Marketing - Staff (Full-time) / Cuckoo Rental America 

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing manager to create and implement innovative marketing plans and strategies for assigned projects

• Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps

• Help develop and execute marketing strategies in a timely manner

• Writing and editing sales and marketing materials including literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content

• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing and sales activities

• Generate and distribute analytical project information to all relevant team members

• Develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and promotions

• Create and coordinate marketing materials, tools and information as required and ensure distribution to relevant team members

• Provide appropriate information of products and services as required

• Assist project planning and preparation to events like business meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus or equivalent marketing experience

• One to three years of experience in a marketing capacity or equivalent position required

• Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred

• Proven record of marketing plans or portfolio is strongly preferred

• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required

• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation skills required

• Excellent phone skills and etiquette required

Salary Range: $48K ~ $54K 

▶ Finance Planning and Analysis – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America 

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis

• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, and profitability trends

• Assist with management reporting packages and presentations

• Maintain and update financial models and reporting files

Operational Finance Support:

• Support operating cost analysis

• Assist with working capital and cash flow monitoring

• Collaborate with business teams to identify cost-saving opportunities

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

• Support report automation and process standardization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 1 – 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Finance

• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and financial modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in subscription, rental, or consumer durable industries

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau

• Korean and English bilingual preferred

Salary Range: $ 60K - 70K

▶ Finance Planning and Analysis – Part Lead (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America 

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes

• Prepare and present financial performance analysis to management

• Analyze actual vs. forecast variances and identify business drivers

• Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial projections

• Support strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives

Business Partnership & Management Support:

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Service, SCM, and Accounting teams

• Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions

• Support executive-level reporting and ad hoc analysis requests

Operational Finance & Process Improvement:

• Analyze inventory, service, logistics, and operational cost trends

• Support cash flow planning and working capital management

• Improve reporting automation and financial processes

• Enhance financial models, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• +5 years of relevant FP&A or Corporate Finance experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements and business operations

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in subscription, rental, telecom, or consumer durable industries

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau

• Experience supporting executive management reporting

• Korean and English bilingual preferred

Salary Range: $ 70K – 85K

▶ Accounting – Staff / Manager (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America 

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding payments

• Oversee and manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation, preferably within a subscription-based business model

• Monitor and analyze customer portfolios to identify credit risks, payment trends, and potential delinquencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

• Lead the preparation and review of AR aging reports, providing insights and recommendations to management

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of collections strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce delinquency, and optimize cash flow

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and collections, with management or supervisory experience preferred for managers (3+ years preferred)

• Direct experience working within a rental business model is highly preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Demonstrated success in managing AR aging and significantly reducing past-due accounts

• Prior experience successfully partnering with external collection agencies and interacting with credit bureaus

Salary Range: $ 70K - $90K (Manager) / $ 49K – 55K (Staff)

▶ IT Developer – Staff (Full-Time) / Cuckoo Rental America 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal company systems using Java/JSP and JavaScript

• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases

• Integrate frontend and backend components of web and mobile applications, including connecting user interfaces with backend services via RESTful APIs

• Develop Android and iOS mobile applications

• Manage and monitor AWS servers and services to ensure system reliability

• Create technical documentation including design specifications and functional documents

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality coding standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth system operation

Qualifications

• Experience in Android and iOS mobile application development is preferred

• 2+ years demonstrated experience in Java/JSP development

• 2+ years demonstrated experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• 2+ years demonstrated experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience in AWS server administration and cloud services

• Experience in technical documentation, code review, and collaborative development processes

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range: $ 64K – 70K
