SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER
Salary: $95,000+ (DOE)
Experience: 7+ Years
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Fashion Designer to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This key leadership role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to drive concepts from initial inspiration through final production.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design process from concept development to final sample approval
• Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor collections
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and technical packages
• Conduct fittings and oversee garment quality standards
• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and vendor partners
• Maintain brand identity and consistency across all collections
Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional fashion design experience
• Fashion Design degree required
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit, and specifications
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ASSOCIATE FASHION DESIGNER
Salary: $75,000+ (DOE)
Experience: 3+ Years
Join our creative team and help bring trend-forward collections to life. This role supports seasonal development and works closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with seasonal concept and collection development
• Conduct trend research and create inspirational mood boards
• Develop sketches, CADs, and technical packages
• Participate in fit sessions and maintain garment specifications
• Assist with fabric, print, and trim development
• Partner with production and merchandising teams throughout development
Qualifications
• 3+ years of fashion design experience
• Fashion Design degree required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of garment fit, construction, and specifications
• Highly organized, creative, and proactive
COMPANY PRODUCTION MANAGER
Salary: $100,000+ (DOE)
Experience: 5+ Years of Production Management Experience
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee the complete production lifecycle and ensure timely delivery across all company orders.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing production for major fashion retailers and brands such as Windsor, Fashion Nova, Lulus, Altar’d State, Buckle, Versona, and similar company order accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage company production orders from development through delivery
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with vendors and internal teams
• Oversee production schedules and ensure on-time execution
• Communicate fit comments, revisions, and approvals to overseas factories
• Manage production for key retail accounts
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively
• Lead production teams while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and production management experience
• Extensive knowledge of garment manufacturing and production processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Salary: $65,000+ (DOE)
Experience: 3+ Years
We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support quality control, garment consistency, and production accuracy throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
• Measure garments and verify specifications against tech packs
• Ensure sizing consistency and accuracy across styles
• Document fit notes and maintain detailed records
• Communicate corrections and updates to overseas vendors
• Maintain grading, measurement, and fit standards
Qualifications
• 3+ years of production or technical design experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable trying on samples when necessary
FIT TECHNICIAN
Salary: $75,000+ (DOE)
Experience: 7+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Fit Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate garment fit, proportion, drape, and construction
• Identify fit issues and communicate solutions effectively
• Maintain compliance with brand sizing and fit standards
• Inspect garment quality, including stitching, seams, and finishing details
• Collaborate with design and production teams throughout development
Qualifications
• 7+ years of fit technician, patternmaking, or related experience
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
PRODUCTION TEAM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Bilingual English & Korean preferred
• Strong computer skills and professional email communication
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
