As we continue to expand our mainstream and traditional market presence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Strategy & Operations Coordinator to join our team in California.
[Role Summary]
This is a junior-level role (0–3 years of experience) that supports both sales operations and sales strategy functions.
The position is primarily responsible for executing day-to-day sales operations such as order processing, system management, and transaction accuracy, while also supporting sales data reporting and performance tracking.
You will work closely with cross-functional team members across sales, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution and data integrity. This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, data reporting, and exposure to supply chain processes within the food industry.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Sales Operations & Execution (Primary)
• Process and manage customer orders in ERP system (SAP)
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and order details
• Handle credit memo processing (returns, pricing adjustments, promotions, damages)
• Coordinate with finance on invoice, credit, and documentation issues
• Maintain order lifecycle from entry to completion
• Support customer account setup and order-related issue resolution
2. Sales Data & Reporting Support (Primary)
• Prepare and distribute periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Maintain and update sales data in SAP and BI systems
• Support data validation, cleansing, and accuracy control
• Assist in tracking sales performance, KPIs, and trends
• Support data analysis and reporting for internal reviews
3. Sales Strategy Support (Secondary)
• Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and performance tracking
• Provide data and reporting support for internal meetings
• Support ongoing improvements in sales reporting processes
4. Cross-Functional / SCM Support (As Needed)
• Provide limited support to SCM/logistics-related tasks during peak periods
• Assist in coordination between sales and supply chain teams
[Qualifications]
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or data support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Bilingual in English and Korean required
