Customer Service Coordinator
@ Job Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation. This role provides professional support to customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, smooth order flow, and high customer satisfaction.
@ Key Responsibilities:
-Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry
-Create and manage invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documents
-Provide prompt and friendly customer support via email/phone
-Track order status and coordinate with warehouse and production teams
-Resolve order-related issues, returns, and discrepancies
