About the Role
We are looking for a designer who can develop styles based on customer requests using our existing brand samples, manage all follow-ups, and also create new styles that fit our
brand’s price point.
This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the wholesale market, and the ability to design quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Develop customer-requested modifications based on our brand’s existing samples
(changes in length, fit, details, fabric, trim, etc.)
• Organize customer feedback and manage all follow-ups
• Collaborate with our sample room to execute sample development
• Design new styles that align with our brand identity and targeted price point
• Conduct trend and market research to propose commercial and relevant styles
• Support line sheet development
• Offer options and design solutions based on customer needs
• Analyze best-selling and reorder styles to create derivative/updated versions
• Requirements
• Experience in fashion wholesale, sample development, or customer-requested design work
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design directions
• Strong sample analysis and detail-oriented communication skills
• Understanding of cost structures and price point requirements (fabric cost, trims, CMT, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• Strong multitasking and timeline management skills
Pay range: $70k – 90k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)
Sales Representative
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• • 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
