About the Role
We’re hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team. This is a hands-on role that supports every stage of the design and development process, from concept research and sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The day-to-day work is production heavy, deadline driven, and often repetitive. But it’s also essential to keeping the design calendar moving and the product consistent. If you’re focused, detail-oriented, and looking to build real experience in the wholesale apparel industry, this could be a strong fit.
Salary: $55,000-$75,000/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Research seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics that align with the brand direction
• Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs
• Assist in building clear and organized tech packs for sampling and production
• Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and help communicate changes to the factory
• Help prepare for campaign photoshoots including steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set
• Enter and update style data in NetSuite and maintain internal style records
Qualifications
• Strong interest in women’s fashion, silhouette, and product development
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)
• Organized and reliable, with attention to detail in repetitive, process-based tasks
• Strong communicator and dependable team player
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus
• Internship or previous experience in wholesale or production environments preferred
Warehouse Operations & Facilities Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations & Facilities Supervisor to manage facility operations and ensure employee accountability. This role is key to maintaining order, safety, and smooth workflow in our warehouse.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies
Support safety protocols, emergency response, and theft prevention
Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
Maintain building fire safety compliance
Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between Korean-speaking leadership and Spanish-speaking staff
Report key observations and collaborate with management for efficient operations
Support Shipping department as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or facilities supervision
Fluency in Korean and English; Spanish is a plus
Strong understanding of workplace safety and inventory management

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Wholesale Apparel – Mid Level
About the Role
The A/R Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, applying cash, resolving chargebacks, monitoring aged receivables, and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners. Familiarity with Netsuite ERP is required, and prior experience working with major retail accounts (off-price, department stores, and specialty retailers) is highly preferred.
Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices for both eCommerce and tradeshow orders.
Ensure shipping labels are created and payments are captured before order fulfillment.
Complete and verify bills of lading for all pickups and deliveries.
Monitor daily open shipments and follow up to ensure timely processing.
Work closely with the warehouse and relevant departments to make sure all shipments meet customer shipping windows.
Follow specific instructions from sales representatives on each order to ensure accurate processing.
Follow up on credit card declines to resolve payment issues promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Ability to remain calm and professional when trouble shooting customer issues.
Familiarity with apparel products and terminology is a plus.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other major shipping platforms.

Salary: $21-23/hr depending on experience
