Import Company Production Coordinator
Salary
$70,000+/year based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with overseas vendors to monitor production status, ETAs, booking/ship windows, and dispatch readiness
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Shipping) to confirm product specs, calendar deadlines, ticketing/labeling needs and delivery targets
Create and maintain accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs)/material lists, and update these in the ERP system
Track fabric/trim/lab-dip/sample progress, ensure approvals (TOPs/pre-production samples) are on schedule
Reconcile ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices), packing lists and invoices with POs; identify variances and escalate when needed
Maintain the production calendar, provide status reports, flag delays or quality risks early
Support ticketing/labeling/UPC assignment and ensure compliance with packaging/shipping requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of apparel production coordination or related experience (wholesale apparel strongly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., v-lookups, index-match, pivot tables) and working knowledge of an ERP system
Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and typical apparel production processes
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple timelines and partners
Visual Merchandising Assistant
Salary
$23+/hr based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams to develop seasonal SKU plans and manage weekly product assortments.
Assist in sample management, including requesting and tracking samples from overseas vendors
Conduct competitor and trend research across both online and retail channels
Support styling needs and visual merchandising planning for wholesale and e-commerce
Manage photoshoot preparation in collaboration with the Design team, including creating layouts according to themes and supporting overall styling and visual merchandising needs for the photoshoot.
Qualifications
1+ year of visual merchandising and sample tracking experience; fashion design background preferred.
Proven ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
High level of attention to detail combined with a strong aesthetic eye for design.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on working effectively across multiple departments (Design, E-comm, Show/Sales Team).
