IMPORT PRODUCTION
ASSOCIATE
* Minimum 3 years of experience for the Import Company Production position.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...)
* Need knowledge of garment construction, spec and fabric
* Good communication skills with vendors.
* Detail-oriented and well organized.
* Experience with the N41 ERP system is a plus.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, must be able to multitask
* Bilingual in Korean and English
*Manage production schedules
* Team player
IMPORT PRODUCTION
ASSISTANT
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in import production
* Prepare tech packs and provide fit comments for overseas factories/vendors
* Capable of handling customer fit feedback and development requests
* Inspect overall garment quality.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
* Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
SALES ASSISTANT
* Previous experience in wholesale, customer service, retail operations, or sales support preferred but not required. (Training available)
*Support sales team with order processing, customer engagement and sample organizing.
*Assist in preparing the meetings by organizing samples, tidying the meeting showroom.
* Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
*Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities during busy seasonal deadlines.
*Basic knowledge for N41 preferred but not required
SALES ASSOCIATE
*2-3 years of sales experience in wholesale industry
* Please list your account on your resume-young contemporary lines
*Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities during busy seasonal deadlines.
*Strong communication and relationship with buyers/clients.
*Establish/maintain new accounts and process / follow up PO with buyers
*Computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Google Workplace, etc. – and data entry proficiency
*Basic knowledge for N41 preferred but not required
ASSISTANT
DESIGNER
* 0-2 years of experience
* No experience is needed, training will be provided
* Assist with daily design operations
* Must be motivated and detail oriented
* Basic Fashion Knowledge
* Team player
* Basic computer skills required
* Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skill is a plus
* Bilingual (English/Korean) Preferred
ASSOCIATE
DESIGNER
* 3 years of experience in relevant line
* Must have AA or BA degree in Fashion (or equivalent experience and education)
* Ability to forecast trends with strong fashion creative senses
* Team player
* Highly organized
* Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator proficient
* Bilingual (English/Korean) Preferred
CUSTOMER SERVICE
*Entry level (Training available)
* Friendly and professional demeanor
*Basic knowledge for N41 preferred but not required
* Must be fluent in English
