Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated part-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team, with opportunities for growth into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments, contributing to our overall order fulfillment operations. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Shopify platform
- Organize and store received items in the store and warehouse
- Accurately pick, pack, and process online orders
- Safely handle shipments, especially fragile ceramic/glass items
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Able to lift upto 50 lbs
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
Working Hours
- 3 - 5 days a week, 6 - 9pm
Pay
- $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and performance)
