1. SCM Demand Planning Manager 

Responsibilities:

• The planner is responsible for providing guidance, analysis, and oversight to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with supply

• The Demand Planner will facilitate a collaborative and consensus approach by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and HQ

• Drive the focus in mid to long-term supply planning with cross functional teams

• Initiate S&OP process and lead consensus demand review

• Advise/communicate Sales team for variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals weekly

• Manage APS sys and check inventory, incoming and P/O to handle regional on-time supply and ready to report present status

• Analyze forecast variation/deviation with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess & obsolete inventory

• Provide monthly oversight and give insight as to the status and forecast to the Leadership (SIOP)

• Analyze and Report monthly Closing for Logistics cost and inventory turn-over

• Draw up or renew contracts on 3PL​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required

• Bilingual in Korean & English is a must

• 8+ years of expertise in supply chain management (SCM), including experience in demand management, sales plan validation, inventory control, production coordination, and supply management preferred​

• Previous food service distribution and/or food importing experience preferred

• Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Willingness to travel in USA under 10%

• Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency

• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP preferred

 

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year 

 

2. Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of product launch initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of new products or product lines. This includes developing go-to-market strategy, launch plan, and defining metrics to track success.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify the needs, pain points and preferences of potential and existing consumers.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market feedback and business goals.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed decisions on product portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with HQ partners and internal stake holders to align on product sample taste testing, consumer research, launch timeline and design process to ensure successful product launch.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Management

4. SCM Operations Manager
Samyang America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCM Operations Manager to lead and optimize our growing supply chain and logistics operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance, managing a team of specialists, and driving process improvements across SCM functions including warehousing, inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation, cost saving and e-commerce fulfillment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and bilingual communication ability in Korean and English.
 
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the SCM operations team, providing direction, performance feedback, and professional development support
• Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and 3PL management

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager – Operation to lead core
human resources operational functions. This role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll
processing, benefits planning and administration – including annual open enrollment – vendor
and carrier management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This
position will also oversee key employee lifecycle processes such as pre-onboarding, onboarding,
