1. QA/QC Specialist (2+ Years’ Experienced)
Responsibilities:
• Manage food label regulations- USA, Canada, Mexico
• Manage and update food related regulations and documentation including FSVP
• Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product.
• Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary.
• Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations.
• Data management using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).
• To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers.
• Renewal permits that we have in timely manner.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred.
• Knowledge of the regulations of FDA/USDA and custom matter (CBP/PGA).
• Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills.
• FSVP
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Korean)
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
Salary Range: $50,000 ~ $80,000
2. HR Sr. Generalist
Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, discrimination, diversity, corrective action and progressive discipline performance management to management team
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying current with updates and changes
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data
• Prepare reports and identify trends in employee related issues, turnover and performance trends and provide solution to management.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Assist with the creation and implementation of effective training and development programs to meet SOP requirements, skill proficiency and development needs.
• Assist with organization’s performance management process by coaching, educating, and providing feedback to managers/supervisors
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
•Performs other assignments as directed
Skills and Qualifications
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Bilingual in Korean & English preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and HRIS System, ADP, or other related system
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the skill to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Salary Range: $70,000 ~ $80,000
3. SCM Operation Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze supply chain/operation data and recommend on improvements of processes and procedures
• Coordinate and support with needs for the SCM task force and assist operation as needed
• WMS-SAP daily data EDI/Input/Output/Inventory Adjustment
• Ensure implementation of SCM plans by efficiently working with operations and cross-functional departments
• Responsible for inbounding, shipping out, inventory control and developing SOPs with 3PL company
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Assist on E-Commerce operation and Intermediary trade
• Support with other SCM related projects as requested by part manager or team leader
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Business, Economics, Data Science or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in SCM
• English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics operations and/or warehousing, 3PL (managing relationships) preferred
• Preferred experience SAP, WMS
• Reporting to supervisor on time and meet the deadline for his/her task
• Good interpersonal, organizational, cross-functional and self-time management skills
• Willingness to travel in USA under 20%

4. SCM Demand Planning Specialist
Responsibilities:
• The planner is responsible for providing guidance, analysis, and oversight to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with supply
• The Demand Planner will facilitate a collaborative and consensus approach by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and HQ
• Drive the focus in mid to long-term supply planning with cross functional teams
• Initiate S&OP process and lead consensus demand review
• Advise/communicate Sales team for variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals weekly
• Manage APS sys and check inventory, incoming and P/O to handle regional on-time supply and ready to report present status
• Analyze forecast variation/deviation with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess & obsolete inventory
• Provide monthly oversight and give insight as to the status and forecast to the Leadership (SIOP)
• Analyze and Report monthly Closing for Logistics cost and inventory turn-over
• Draw up or renew contracts on 3PL
• Other duties as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required
• English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred
• 2+ years of purchasing, importing experience preferred
• Previous food service distribution and/or food importing experience preferred
• Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Willingness to travel in USA under 10%
• Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP preferred
Salary Range: $50,000 ~ $80,000
