The Role
We’re seeking a Designer to lead creative development across seasonal collections—translating Elodie’s aesthetic into fresh, commercial product that resonates with retailers and customers alike.
What You’ll Do
• Research trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to inform seasonal collections
• Design capsules aligned with Elodie’s DNA and retail strategy
• Build CADs, tech packs, and line sheets; support buyer presentations
• Partner with merchandising, production, and costing teams to meet margin goals
• Oversee sampling, fittings, and approvals with our China team
• Manage calendars and multiple product lifecycles simultaneously
What You Bring
• 3–5+ years of women’s apparel design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD programs
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Proven ability to translate trends into commercially successful products
• Highly organized, fast-moving, detail-oriented collaborator

Part-Time Designer — Elodie the Label

Role Overview
The Part-Time Designer supports design and development of seasonal collections under the Creative Director. Ideal for someone fluent in the contemporary women’s market, trend-savvy, and collaborative.
Responsibilities
• Support four annual collections (concept, sketching, fabric sourcing, CADs, tech packs)
• Create/update line sheets, spec sheets, and design boards
• Research seasonal trends, silhouettes, colors, and fabrics aligned to Elodie’s aesthetic
• Collaborate with production/merchandising to preserve design intent through sampling
• Organize samples; assist during fittings, showroom prep, and photoshoots
• Communicate with overseas factories and vendors as needed
Qualifications
• 3+ years in women’s contemporary or lifestyle fashion design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
• Excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast pace
• Aesthetic alignment with Elodie’s modern, minimal, versatile DNA
