Responsibilities
• Participates in the month end closing process to ensure transactions are recorded timely, accurately and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Reviewing and analyzing accounts payable/receivable entries to ensure accurate GL postings each month.

Positions Summary
Assist business development specifically in the 3PL warehouse logistics sector, focusing on
divisions such as Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Tire/Auto, Dry Foods, Apparel, Small
Healthcare, and Cosmetics. Contribute to warehouse-focused cost-saving initiatives, customer
acquisition, network optimization, and sales excellence in 3PL services.
Responsibilities
• Support 3PL warehouse sales cycles - from lead generation, sourcing, bidding, proposal, pricing, to closing deals.
• Develop and manage new client relationships, with a focus on warehouse and distribution services.
• Identify and propose cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements for warehouse clients.
• Support the design and implementation of warehouse and distribution hub network optimization for regional and global customers.
• Assist warehouse logistics consultancy and SCM support, including 3PL/LSP bidding strategies.

The IT Part Leader will be responsible for system administration, infrastructure management, and
IT project support across Samyang Logistics' U.S. operations. This role ensures the stable,
secure, and efficient operation of all corporate systems and provides project coordination for
ongoing and new technology initiatives.
The position works closely with HQ IT, warehouse centers, and external service vendors to
maintain system performance, enhance user experience, and support the company's digital
transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
[Systems Administration]
• Maintain and monitor company servers, networks, and end-user devices to ensure security and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and software license compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Review daily/weekly work activities, plan and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals. Complies with terms outlined in the ite's operating agreement with the client.
• Has overall training and evaluation responsibilities of warehouse staff.
• Reviews pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment, or staffing needs.
• Keeps informed of the quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary.
Requirements:
