1. Position: Warehouse Operator

#Partial housing assistance for TN

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Clarksville, TN / Fontana, CA

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations

• Work under supervision and direction of warehouse supervisor

• Perform WMS transactions for good receipt, stock overview, stock put-away, and material movement

• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules

 

Requirements:

• 0 ~ 3 years experienced

• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred

• Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment

• Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction

• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment

 

#Salary Range: $50,000 ~ 70,000 

#TN: Lunch is provided separately and is not included in the Lunch Allowance under Employment Benefits. 

 

2. Position:​ Senior Warehouse Supervisor 

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Braselton, GA


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.

•  Ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

•  Implement and monitor safety procedures and standards.

•  Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse employees.

•  Collaborate with other departments to meet company logistics needs.

• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.

• Analyze warehouse performance and report on metrics.

• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, or warehouse systems.


Requirements:

• Over 3 years Senior Warehouse Supervisor experience was preferred.

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software systems.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

#Salary Range: $60,000 ~ $75,000

 

3. Position:​ Accounting Assistant 

Job Type: Full Time

Location: La Palma, CA


Responsibilities:

• Participates in a month end close process to ensure transactions are recorded timely, accurately and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

• Preparing and processing accounting documents, such as invoices, bills, and other documents with exceptional attention to detail.

• Reviewing and analyzing accounts payable/receivable entries to ensure accurate GL postings each month.

• Reconciliations of Bank Statements

• Credit card and expense reconciliation

• Maintain fixed asset schedules and record depreciation.


Requirements:

• 0 ~ 5 years experienced

• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, solid analytical skills and follow through skills are essential

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Position:​ National Sales Team Leader(3PL & Fulfillment)

Location: Nationwide(HQ located in La Palma, CA)


Responsibilities

• Grow the company's ocean and air freight business/services in an assigned territory

• Find & develop qualified leads(cold calling), convert them through the sales process into tangible outcomes

• Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability

• Clearly communicated the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversight management of customers' shipments. Ensure proper Coordination with agents and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

• Manage the day-to-day clients' freight movements in collaboration with Operations

• Use email/salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities


Requirements

• Logistics/Transportation knowledge with a minimum 5-year global trade industry experience

• Minimum 3-year managing direct reports

• Excellent knowledge of logistics including Ocean as well as Air

• Proven track record in sales, prospecting and developing accounts

• Experience with transportation management systems

• Strong sales, organization skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently

• Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation

#Salary Range: $100,000~150,000 a year based on experience and performance

 

5. Position:​ National Sales Representative (3PL & Fulfillment)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Nationwide (HQ located in La Palma, CA)


Responsibilities

• Grow the company's ocean and air freight business/services in an assigned territory

• Find & develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process into tangible outcome

• Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability

• Clearly communicated the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversight management of customers' shipments. Ensure proper Coordination with agents and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.

• Address all customer issues, concerns, and requests

• Use email/salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities

• Keep a good image of the Company in the market by professional style of working

• Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contribute the team performance in terms of gross profit and revenue.


Requirements

• Min 1~2 years' sales experience in related fields

• Excellent knowledge of logistics including Ocean as well as Air

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• Good knowledge about logistics industrial

• Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written

• Good skills of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service

• Strong sales, organization skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently

• Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation


#Salary Range: $80,000 ~ 120,000 a year based on experience and performance
