E-Commerce Specialist 
CALIFORNIA 
Position: E-Commerce Specialist (Experienced Level)

At Nongshim America, we're known for delivering quality products and building strong  customer relationships. As we look to expand our digital footprint, we are seeking an  experienced E-Commerce Specialist to lead our growing online business. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to shape and scale our e-commerce strategy from the  ground up. 

Position Summary: 
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist  to spearhead our online sales efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in launching 
and optimizing our e-commerce presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate  has hands-on experience managing e-commerce channels, a strong analytical mindset,  and the ability to drive performance through data, marketing, and operations. 

Responsibilities: 
• Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy to grow online sales  and brand presence. 
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms such as Amazon,  Walmart, Shopify, and other key marketplaces. 
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.)  to improve performance. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure  alignment on campaigns and inventory. 
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. • Optimize product content and visuals to enhance customer experience and SEO. • Set KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. • Oversee third-party partnerships and vendors (e.g. digital marketing agencies, fulfillment  partners) as needed. 

Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably in the consumer goods or  food & beverage industry. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Equivalent Preferred. • Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales and launching new online initiatives. • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central,  Walmart Marketplace, etc.). 
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience with digital marketing (PPC, email, SEO, influencer marketing) is a plus. • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). 
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Sales Representative 
Chicago 
Position Title: Sales Representative (Entry) 

Location: Glendale Heights, IL 

Responsibilities: 
• Represent Nongshim to customers with the goal of building strong partnerships, securing  new distribution opportunities, and expanding existing product placements. • Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions in the  system. 
• Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and  timely order fulfillment. 
• Coordinate with warehouses and customers to resolve delivery issues and confirm  successful receipt of goods. 
• Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve  invoice deductions to ensure accurate and timely payments. 
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with HQ buyers, retailers, and wholesale customers to  introduce Nongshim products and new items. 
• Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and merchandising at both HQ and store  levels. 
• Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively seek new business  opportunities. 
• Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor  activities, and industry trends. 
• Research market trends and analyze potential business partnerships to support sales  growth. 
• Provide general office operations support as needed. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position: Sales Administrator (Entry)  

Location: Cranbury, NJ 

Responsibilities 
• Bookkeeping for Local offices and Satellite offices 
• Documentary assistant for sales team  
• Creating and processing sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and  requisitions through system periodically (Daily, weekly, and monthly) • Openly communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate  technical information.

Graphic Designer 
California  
Position: Design Associate (Entry) 

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA  

Responsibilities 
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various  media outlets 
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social  media, competitive landscape and market trends 
• Create packaging designs for everything ranging from snacks and instant  noodle packaging, and other Nongshim products as needed. 
• Other duties include but not limited to: 
• Partnering with our Consumer Relations manager to design the packaging  for our products and is in close contact with our nutrition team to cover  regulatory aspects of labeling. 
• Incorporate hand-drawn artwork, clip-art, photography and type to develop  packaging that correctly positions products within their category 
• Assist other teams (from time to time) with marketing/design related  requests 
• Develop graphics for internal meetings and events 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Equivalent Experience Preferred • 1-2 Years’ Experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred 
• Demonstrates strengths in creative thought and visual problem solving • Thorough understanding of print production processes 
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design  skills
