■ 주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)
-수출입 포워딩 운영 총괄: oean/air 수출입 프로세스 전반 관리 (운송 계획, 스케줄링, 서류 작성 및 통관 지원)
-운송사 및 협력사 관리: 캘리어/선사/항공사 견적 비교, 계약 관리, 운송 이슈 해결 및 프로세스 개선
-채권(AR) 관리: 송장 발행, 대금 회수, 고객사 신용한도 및 결제 조건 관리
-실적 리포팅 및 데이터 분석: 월간/분기별 KPI 데이터 분석 및 물류 운영 효율화 방안 제시
-대내외 커뮤니케이션: 고객사, 협력사, 팀 내 원활한 소통을 통한 종합 물류 솔루션 제공
■ 자격 요건 (Qualifications)
-경력: 오션 및 항공 포워딩 실무 경력 (Senior 3년 이상 / Manager 7년 이상)
-산업 전문성: 수출입 전 과정, 통관, 서류 작업 및 물류 관련 법규에 대한 깊은 지식
-협상력: 선사/항공사/운송사와의 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력
-회계 지식: 채권 관리(AR), 송장 관리 및 기본적인 재무/회계 개념
-IT 역량: MS Excel 활용 능력(피벗 테이블, 주요 함수) 및 ERP/TMS(운송관리시스템) 사용 경험 우대

Hiring Logistics Forwarding Manager / Senior Associate
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Forwarding Professional on behalf of our premier client in the supply chain industry.
■ Position & Compensation
Role Levels:
1.Manager Level: 7+ years of experience | $80,000 – $100,000 / year (Negotiable)
2.Senior Level: 3+ years of experience | $65,000 – $80,000 / year (Negotiable)
Location: Buena Park, CA United States
■ Key Responsibilities
-Freight Forwarding Operations: Oversee end-to-end ocean and air import/export operations, including transport planning, scheduling, documentation, and customs clearance support.
-Carrier & Vendor Relations: Collect and compare quotes, negotiate freight rates, manage agreements, and proactively resolve transport bottlenecks.
-Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Manage invoicing, payment collections, credit limits, and payment terms to ensure financial accuracy.
-Data Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for operational excellence.
-Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams.
■ Qualifications & Requirements
-Experience: Proven track record in ocean and air freight forwarding.
-Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and logistics documentation.
-Vendor Negotiation: Strong background in communicating and negotiating with carriers, shipping lines, and airlines.
-Financial Literacy: Hands-on experience with AR management, invoicing, and basic finance/accounting concepts.
-Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience using ERP or TMS software.
-Legal Authorization (Required): Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
