Sales & Logistics Operator - $20-$24 per hour, (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Management
Receive and process customer purchase orders
Enter and update order information in internal systems
Manage shipment and delivery schedules
Validate order-related EDI data and perform test transmissions
2. Inventory & Shipment Management
Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels
Assist with shipment planning and adjustments
Support logistics operations related to sales promotions and campaigns
3. Data & Reporting
Create and maintain internal reports related to sales, inventory, and order status
4. Partner Communication
Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support requests

Qualifications
▪ 2+ years in B2B sales or account management (beauty/CPG a plus)

Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator - $23–$26+/hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
• Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability
• Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records
• Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management
• Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields

AR Specialist (Level commensurate with experience) $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
• Payment & Reconciliation: Process and apply all payments (ACH, checks, CC) in the ERP system, focusing on high-volume National Accounts and daily retail store reconciliations.
• Deduction Management: Track short pays and chargebacks. Collaborate with the Sales team to investigate disputes, and apply approved credits in the system once resolved.
• Invoice Verification: Audit system-generated invoices for accuracy, dates, and contract pricing (Note: Sales team handles direct distribution to clients).
• Collections: Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts to reduce DSO, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Reporting & Month-End: Generate AR metrics for management, support month/year-end financial close, and assist with audits.
• Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3+ years of proven experience with accounting functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Project Coordinator (Retail Construction, Entry-Level)- $22.00 - 26.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Track and update project schedules, timelines, and overall progress of retail construction projects
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate and follow up with General Contractors, Architects, Landlords, and internal HQ teams
• Construction Support: Assist with retail store build-outs and fixture (FF&E) installation coordination
• Maintenance Tracking: Monitor maintenance requests and follow up through completion
• Documentation: Organize and maintain project-related documents, contracts, and files
• TI Allowance Support: Assist with preparation of Tenant Improvement (TI) allowance reimbursement documentation
• Issue Management: Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Performing other duties as required
