Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic financial planning. This role is ideal for a highly analytical leader who can manage a small accounting team, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & General Ledger
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
• Manage and review all general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare internal management reports and support external financial audits
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Supervise AP/AR functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies
• Implement process improvements to enhance AP/AR efficiency and reduce errors
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for executive leadership
Internal Controls & Compliance
• Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors; support tax filing requirements.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, state/federal regulations, and accounting standards
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Establish clear goals, workflows, and timelines to ensure departmental efficiency
Systems & Process Optimization
• Oversee accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Recommend and implement automation tools or process enhancements to improve accuracy and productivity
Qualifications:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
• 5–7+ years of professional accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and closing processes
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Preferred
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, staffing, or multi-site operations
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

자격 요건 (Qualifications):
필수 요건 (Required)
• 회계, 재무 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위

• 회계 분야 경력 5~7년 이상 (최소 2년 이상의 관리 또는 리드 경험 포함)
• GAAP, 재무 보고 및 결산 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도
• 회계 소프트웨어 및 MS Excel 숙련 (VLOOKUP, 피벗 테이블 등)

• 미국 시민권자 또는 영주권자
