Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Korean/English Branch Manager to oversee daily bank branch operations, lead staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure full compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong leadership, banking operations knowledge, and BSA/AML experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service
Supervise, train, and evaluate branch employees

Responsibilities
회사의 Lending Policies and Procedures 준수
은행업 관련 규정·가이드라인·컴플라이언스 요구사항 이행
신용평가 및 credit memo 작성·승인(정책에 따른 underwriting)
상업대출 신청 고객 면담 및 초기 평가 수행
신규대출, 갱신, 연장, 리파이낸싱 등 대출 변경사항에 대한 credit memo 준비
대출 진행 동안 고객과 내부 부서 간의 Primary contact 역할 수행
제3자 감정(앱레이절) 요청 및 요구사항 충족 여부 검토
Closing 업무(서류 확인, Legal Management Department(LMD) 및 외부 closing attorney와의 조율) 수행
연간 대출 리뷰 및 현장실사 수행(대출정책 준수)
담보 및 신용 관련 문서 정확히 유지·관리
일반 은행업무 및 Credit Administration(CA), BPC 활동(마케팅·커뮤니티 서비스·행정) 지원
고객 대상 품질 높은 고객서비스 제공 및 타 부서 문서 확보 지원
Head of Loan Team 또는 Chief of Division이 지정한 기타 과업 수행
경영진은 필요 시 업무 내용을 변경·추가·취소할 권한을 보유
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 필수
Finance, Business, Economics 또는 관련 전공 우대
은행 대출 처리, credit analysis 또는 관련 업무 2–5년 우대(Entry-level 지원자도 검토 가능)
Senior Loan Officer의 경우: 상업대출 관련 5년 이상 경력 및 한국계 기업 또는 한국계 기업의 미국 자회사 대상 C&I lending 경험 우대
영어·한국어 구사 능력 필수(말하기·쓰기 모두 능통)
대출 관행, 재무분석, 신용리스크 평가에 대한 이해
뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
꼼꼼한 문서관리와 마감 준수 능력(조직력 우수)
Microsoft Office 및 loan processing systems 사용 능력 우대
미국 내 취업 가능한 자(visa sponsorship 불가)
Compensation
Junior Loan Officer: 연봉 $70,000 이상
