Key Responsibilities
1. Sample & Production Management
Manage the complete sample flow, including reviewing and verifying PP (Pre-Production) and TOP (Top of Production) samples.
Review production swatches and trims to ensure they meet approved standards and color matches.
Assist with sourcing and sampling to support new style developments.
2. Factory & Vendor Communication
Communicate directly with overseas factories to facilitate efficient sampling and manufacturing phases.
Manage vendor relations regarding color standards, costing, minimums, lead times, and QC issues.
Advise management on production exceptions and provide proactive solutions to prevent delays.
3. Technical Documentation
Prepare and provide production details to factories, including spec sheets, sewing instructions, care label details, packing instructions, and trim/hangtag details.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers and create packing lists for trim send-outs.
Analyze and verify standards from suppliers; issue approvals, comments, or resubmit requests as necessary.
4. Operations & Reporting
Maintain and update the WIP (Work-In-Process) report daily to ensure production stays on track.
Input data and organize production files accurately to maintain a clear history of each style.
Measure garment specs when needed to ensure fit consistency.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or import production.
Language: Bilingual in English and Korean (Must be able to speak and write professionally in both languages).
Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of garment construction and spec measurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills are essential).
