What You’ll Do:
• Research and forecast trends to inspire fresh, on-trend collections
• Design new styles with unique colors, prints, and details
• Create mood boards and seasonal design concepts
• Partner closely with sales & production teams to bring ideas to market
• Oversee fittings, manage specs, and ensure designs align with buyer needs
• Stay organized while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of fashion design experience (import/wholesale background preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong eye for current fashion trends and industry movement
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative
• Confident communicator who can work across teams
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
• Lulu’s experience is a big plus+
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
