Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team—part-time preferred, but full-time may be considered based on the candidate. You’ll represent the voice and spirit of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while helping shoppers connect with our unique, artisan-made collections. Each piece tells a story—we want you to help share it.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally
- Share accurate, engaging product knowledge
- Process sales using POS systems
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email
- Stock, organize, and maintain the store’s visual appeal
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for design, home decor, and craftsmanship
- Comfortable using iPads and Macs
- Shopify or e-commerce experience a plus
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 11 AM – 5 PM / Friday - Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
PAY : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
(with opportunities for fast-tracked pay increases based on performance)
