1. Purchasing:
We are looking for a Purchasing/Production Manager to facilitate and process our overseas purchase order. Duties include processing new development orders, reorders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating shipments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assesses foreign suppliers of goods, analyzing performance and satisfaction in terms of pricing, supply, delivery, and quality.
• Develops and maintains relationships with prospective suppliers discussing price, product quality, and delivery cycles.
• Coordinates orders with suppliers.
• Coordinates and expedites import process as required.
• Overseas delivery dates, quality of production, and sufficiency of product.
• Negotiates terms of payments with suppliers.
• Identifies and implements preferred payment methods.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, including coordinating logistics and shipment schedules
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Basic understanding of cosmetics and skincare products
• Must be detail orientated and organized
• Proficient in Korean and English. Mandarin is a plus
Experience:
• Purchasing experience, which includes trading and purchasing in foreign countries not required but a plus.
2. Office Clerk:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks and order processing
• Communicate with clients to provide product information and business inquiries
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support sales strategies and meet targets
Requirements:
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the willing
• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
3. Chain Store Assistant:
Job Description:
We are looking for team member to facilitate and process our chain store orders. Duties include routing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating shipments. Experience with chain stores such is a plus. We can train the willing.
Skills
• Must be detail orientated and organized
• Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus but not necessary
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
• Knowledge of basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel
