What You’ll Do:
• Design seasonal collections from concept to completion
• Develop inspiration boards, color stories, and print direction
• Oversee production processes, fit sessions, and sample approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost targets and timelines are met
• Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and current market trends
What We're Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience in the Young Contemporary /Contemporary market
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Proven experience working with overseas production and imports
• Excellent eye for trends, silhouettes, and details
• Highly organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented
Salary Range - $90,000 and Up

2. Tech Pack Designer
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs for new and existing products, ensuring all technical specifications are accurately documented.
• Effectively manage and address fit comments, updating tech packs as needed to align with design and production requirements.
• Review and measure production samples to verify the precise execution of specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and clarify design intent, addressing technical issues promptly.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest standard.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
• Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of garment construction and production processes.
3. Assistant Designer
