Alchemist Coffee Project barista expectations:
- A positive attitude, passion to learn, and great work ethic
- Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a very busy and fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive and uplifting environment amongst teammates
- Exercise diligence, mutual respect, trust, and honesty in a team setting
- Craft great food and drink items with care and detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in specialty coffee and/or food service
- Flexible schedule on WEEKDAYS (Mon-Fri)
- Available for at least 1 year of continuous work
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Must be fluent in English
- Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the U.S.
Compensation:
$18 +Tip
