Summary
The Parts Management Assistant will be responsible for completing daily inbound/outbound orders and supporting team members as well as inventory management. This position will directly report to Parts Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and process daily inbound/outbound orders from dealers, customers and other departments.
• Pack and label shipment or storage per company guidelines.
• Receive and ship packages from UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Maintain items on shelves labeled and organized based on FIFO.
• Maintain a clean and organize work area daily.
• Answer all incoming inquiries received via telephone, email, or web in a professional and prompt manner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Create and send invoice and credit memos.
• Perform quarterly inventory physical count.
• Actively seek to develop process/quality improvements and communicate them to upper peers.
• Work as a team to accomplish all productivity goals efficiently and accurately.
Requirement:
• To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in logistics or related field
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Fluent in Korean (Preferred)
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager (Preferred)
• Experience with SAP (Preferred)
Salary Range: 50k-65k
Position: Quality Control Technician (OPT visa holders are welcome to apply)
Team: QC/QA
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain inspection reports
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
• Prepare and maintain test data for review
• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Develop and maintain inspection reports

Requirement:
• Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
• Solid understanding of test equipment
• No Experience is required in the Quality Control field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
• Ability to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary Range: 50k~55k
