## E-Commerce Social Media Manager | Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (30-min unpaid meal break; standard paid rest breaks). Some flexibility available.
Responsibilities* Develop channel-specific strategies (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X)
* Own the content calendar; plan themes, hooks, and formats
* Write posts/captions; create light graphics (Canva/Figma) and short-form edits (CapCut/Premiere)
* Manage real-time engagement; moderate comments/DMs; escalate CX issues
* Provide live coverage for pop-ups/events
* Support influencer outreach, UGC programs, and creator partnerships
* Track KPIs (reach, engagement, watch time, clicks); report and optimize via tests
* Collaborate with design, e-comm, CX, and paid media; ensure brand/FTC compliance
* Assist with budgets for boosted posts and creator fees
Qualifications* 1+ years managing social for a brand OR strong portfolio
* Platform fluency across IG/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/X
* Organized; multi-campaign execution
* Experience with influencers/creators/communities
* English fluent (Korean a plus)
* BA in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits* $50,000+ annually (DOE)

## E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Associate | Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (30-minute lunch). Some flexibility available.
Responsibilities* Process/manage Shopify orders
* Create/void labels; resolve exceptions in ShipStation
* Coordinate warehouse ops: packing, shipping, returns, exchanges, inventory holds
* Respond to inquiries via email/chat/occasional phone; proactive shipment updates
* Open tickets with carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx)
* Manage reviews (Trustpilot, Judge.me); log FAQs to improve CX
* Update FAQs/content in Shopify; build simple Google Sheets reports
Qualifications* Fluent English; authorized to work in the U.S.
* 1+ year e-commerce CS or ops preferred
* Shopify/ShipStation/Re:amaze experience a plus, not required — full training provided
