We are currently seeking a Design Assistant and Company Sales team member to play an integral role in our daily operations.
Design Assistant - Full-time position
** Requirements **
- Strong communication skills.
- Ambitious and driven.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe illustrator/photoshop
- Knowledge of current trends, fabrications, and silhouettes.
- Ability to flat sketch.
- Travel required.
- Must drive.
**Responsibilities**
- Support head designer in developing quarterly collections.
- Develop designs/tech packs.
- Work closely with the production team to oversee each design from start to finish.
- Source and organize fabrics seasonally.
- Assist in photoshoots.
Company Sales - Full-time position
** Requirements **
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in showroom and/or fashion sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to thorough follow-through.
- A team player who collaborates effectively, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
- A positive and friendly attitude that contributes to a welcoming workplace environment.
** Responsibilities **
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring order fulfillment for walk-in clients.
- Nurture new and existing client accounts, maintaining a strong focus on timely follow-up.
- Proactively generate leads through strategic cold emailing and phone outreach.
- Contribute to the order processing workflow, delivering top-tier customer service, offering shipping updates, and conducting thorough follow-ups.
- Analyze customer purchase patterns to provide valuable feedback to our design team.
