Fashion Designer
Salary: Starting from $80,000 – $90,000/year (gross), based on experience and performance

Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our seasonal collections. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive design from concept through production, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and market direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to final samples
- Conduct and present in-depth trend, market, and competitor research
- Develop mood boards, color stories, and fabric/trim direction
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs
- Oversee fittings and ensure sample accuracy and quality

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000/year (gross), based on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end garment production process. This role ensures that all products are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full production cycle from development handoff to final delivery
- Communicate daily with domestic and international factories and vendors
- Track and monitor production timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain production charts, WIP reports, and delivery schedules
- Oversee purchase order processing and ensure effective communication with both vendors and customers throughout the production cycle.
- Ensure accuracy of pre-production samples, trims, and bulk approvals
- Collaborate with design, technical design, and merchandising teams to resolve production issues
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to product specifications
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion production or apparel supply chain
- Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes
- Familiarity with domestic and overseas manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of PLM or ERP systems a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
E-Commerce Associate Sales
Wage: $20 - $25/hrs based on experience on E-Commerce online sales and customer Service
Job Summary and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online sales and customer service
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and tools (e.g.,SKY, Fashion Go)
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish via email, chat, and phone (Spoken and Written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Resolve order issues, product inquiries, and returns professionally and promptly
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
