JC One Group is an Irvine, CA-based professional group offering integrated legal, tax, and wealth management services. Led by John Chung — who holds licenses as a U.S. attorney, CPA, and RIA — we provide one-stop service to individual and corporate clients.
As we grow, we're looking to fill two positions: a Tax Accountant and an RIA & Insurance Agency Assistant.

Position:  RIA & Insurance Agency Assistant

Responsibilities
Outside Agent Management — Manage insurance agent license registration and renewals, new agent onboarding, and carrier appointment paperwork; track expiration dates; maintain agent rosters, contracting documents, and E&O insurance records; support new business submissions and commission reconciliation; communicate with carriers; travel to other states for agent visits and seminar support
RIA Operations Support — Handle new client onboarding, account maintenance, and custodian processing (ACAT, wire transfers, etc.); manage compliance documents such as advisory agreements and Form ADV; support trade order entry and rebalancing execution; prepare performance reports; support advisory fee billing and invoicing
Seminar & Business Development Support — Support planning and on-site execution of community seminars (New Jersey, Hawaii, Atlanta, Texas, etc.); prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint/Keynote) and client proposal materials

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Able to travel out of state (required) — regular travel is required for seminars and agent management
Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
Detail-oriented and accurate; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Back office or client service experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, insurance company/agency, or bank preferred

Work Conditions
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Irvine, CA (headquarters)
Salary: DOE (determined at interview based on education, experience, and expertise)
