IMMIGRATION RECEPTIONIST (Korean bilingual)

Requirement(s):

•​ Must be able to care for clients, be self-motivated, and be a team-player.

•​ Must be fluent Bi-lingual – Korean & Spanish

•​ Excellent writing ability, multi-tasking skills.

•​ Bachelor's degree preferred.

•​ Legal experience in immigration or litigation preferred.

Job Duties:

•​ Receive incoming calls.

•​ Calendar events, due dates, meetings.

•​ Process incoming & outgoing mails/emails.

•​ Scan & copy documents.

•​ Assist Immigrant Petition, Applications, etc.

•​ Communicate with USCIS.

•​ Other misc. administrative duties as needed.
