Senior Accountant
주요 업무
• 개인 및 기업 세금보고서 작성 및 검토
• Financial Statement 작성 및 검토
• Compilation, Review 및 Audit 업무
• IRS, FTB, EDD 및 CDTFA Notice 대응
• 고객 상담 및 세무·회계 관련 업무
• Staff Accountant 업무 검토 및 교육
자격 요건
• Public Accounting 분야에서 최소 5년 이상의 경력
• Accounting, Finance 또는 Economics 관련 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• QuickBooks 사용 능숙
• Lacerte 및 Accounting CS 사용 경험자 우대
• 한국어와 영어로 원활한 의사소통이 가능한 분
• 여러 업무의 우선순위를 정하고 마감기한을 준수할 수 있는 분

Senior Accountant / Staff Accountant
Lim and Lim Accountancy Corporation is an established CPA firm located in Los Angeles Koreatown with more than 35 years of experience.
We provide tax, accounting, payroll, sales tax, financial statement, and audit, review and compilation services to individuals and businesses.
We are seeking full-time Senior and Staff Accountants who are interested in building a long-term career with our firm. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply for the Staff Accountant position
Senior Accountant
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Perform compilation, review and audit engagements
• Respond to IRS, FTB, EDD and CDTFA notices
• Communicate with clients regarding tax and accounting matters
• Review work prepared by staff and provide training and guidance
Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience with Lacerte and Accounting CS preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Staff Accountant – Entry-Level Candidates Welcome
Responsibilities
• Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with payroll and sales tax filings
• Assist with individual and business tax returns
• Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers
• Assist with federal and state tax notices
• Support compilation, review and audit engagements
• Perform other client accounting and tax assignments
Qualifications
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively
• QuickBooks or Lacerte experience is a plus
