주요 업무 및 책임
• 구체적인 생산 일정 수립 및 관리
• 생산 계획에 따른 목표 생산량 및 납기 일정 달성
• 생산팀이 계획된 업무를 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 필요한 기술적 역량과 전문지식을 확보하고, 충분한 교육 및 훈련이 이루어지도록 관리 감독.
• 생산팀의 적정 인력을 확보하고, 생산성과 유연성을 높일 수 있는 효율적인 근무 환경 조성
학력 및 경력 요건
• 경영학, 공학 또는 자연과학 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 우대.
• 프로젝트 관리 또는 운영 관리 분야에서 최소 5년 이상의 경력
고용 형태: 정규직
급여: 연봉 $70,000부터 시작

Job description:
SigmaGraft Biomaterials is a manufacturer of medical device for implant surgeries and research and develops biomaterials for dental and orthopedic applications.
Responsibilities:
• Set up a detailed production schedule
• Realize the planned output on all deliverables of production
• Ensure that the level of know-how and the training of the teams is sufficient to be able to realize all plans
• Confirm adequate staffing of the teams to support a productive working atmosphere in order to ensure flexibility
Education and Experience:
• BS degree in business, engineering or science degree
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience or operations management
