1. Accounting Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations while playing a key role in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. This position requires a strong technical accounting foundation combined with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while partnering cross-functionally to drive financial planning and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Own and manage the FP&A process, including annual budgeting, financial forecasting, long-range planning, and periodic reforecasting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A, financial analysis, or a combination of these disciplines, with demonstrated management or leadership experience.
• Relevant experience in the F&B industry, with a strong understanding of its operational, financial, and commercial dynamics.
• Strong experience in financial management, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.

2. Staff Accountant
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site│Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Staff Accountant to join our accounting team and support the financial operations of a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-entity organization. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, supporting the month-end close process, and assisting with financial reporting and other core accounting functions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. This role requires an individual who takes ownership of their work, proactively identifies and resolves discrepancies, and maintains a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations for multiple entities and accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconciling items.
• Maintain accurate cash balances and ensure all cash transactions are properly recorded and supported.
• Reconcile corporate credit card accounts, including transaction coding, receipt verification, and resolution of outstanding items.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, reclassifications, and other routine and month-end entries.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring all accounting activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Prepare account reconciliations and maintain appropriate supporting schedules and documentation.

3. Procurement & Office Mgmt Specialist

4. Operations Manager

Position Summary
The Operations Manager supports the Regional Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, operational efficiency, exceptional hospitality, and a positive team environment.
This role serves as a key operational partner to the Regional Manager, working closely with Store Managers, Shift Leads, baristas, vendors, and the executive operations team. The Operations Manager will help maintain smooth business workflows, monitor operational performance, manage inventory and supply chain activities, support staffing and training, and implement processes that improve consistency, productivity, and customer experience across all locations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Report to the Regional Manager and oversee multiple coffee shop locations, driving operational excellence, efficiency, accountability, and consistent business performance.
• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations, identifying operational problems quickly and implementing practical solutions to keep stores running efficiently.
• Conduct frequent on-site store inspections covering staffing, equipment, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, quality, and overall operational performance.
Monitor store productivity, labor utilization, inventory levels, waste, ordering, and operating costs, taking corrective action when performance falls below expectations.
Coordinate the movement of ingredients, supplies, equipment, and other operational resources between locations to maintain uninterrupted store operations.
• Work directly with vendors, suppliers, contractors, maintenance providers, and internal teams to resolve equipment, facility, delivery, and operational issues.

5. Brand & Marketing Manager

The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints. This role will oversee brand positioning, product launches, tactical marketing initiatives, creative direction, customer experience, and brand communications while ensuring consistency across all locations and platforms. Working closely with executive leadership, operations, culinary, and creative teams, the Brand & Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our brands, establishing strong brand foundations, and driving long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development (Foundational Architecture — High Priority)
• Develop and execute long-term brand strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and identity for both rōk and Quarters KBBQ.
• Conduct regular brand audits to identify gaps in brand perception and execution; lead rebranding or brand evolution initiatives as the group expands into new markets.
• Ensure absolute brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Marketing, Collabs & Campaign Management (Hands-on Execution)
• Brand Collaborations: Ideate, negotiate, and execute trend-driven collaboration projects with local artists, fashion/lifestyle brands, or complementary F&B concepts to drive buzz and acquire new audiences.
• Tactical Promotions: Design and deploy promotional initiatives, digital/physical coupon campaigns, limited-time offers (LTOs), and loyalty programs to directly drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and new store opening initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and community engagement with a highly hands-on approach to capturing and creating trend-driven visual content (photography, Reels, Shorts).

Product & Customer Experience
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on new menu launches and brand storytelling.

While strong graphic design fundamentals are essential, hands-on experience with brand design and/or packaging design is highly preferred.
