Requirements
5+ years of experience in women’s apparel design
Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator with strong graphic design capabilities
Fashion Design degree preferred
Strong communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
Responsibilities
Research and analyze seasonal fashion trends
Create designs and develop detailed tech packs
Coordinate sample development and participate in fittings
Review and approve final garment fit
**Assistant Designer**
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and graphic design
Strong understanding of fit and garment development
Organized, trend‑savvy, and collaborative
Responsibilities
Support design development and tech pack creation
Assist with sample coordination and fittings
Maintain design assets, updates, and line sheets
Research trends and materials as needed
**Production Assistance**
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in production or apparel operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and factories
Basic proficiency in Illustrator/Excel preferred
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Responsibilities
Manage POs, production timelines, and vendor follow‑ups
Track samples, approvals, and bulk production status
Coordinate with factories on trims, fabrics, and delivery schedules
Support QC checks and ensure production accuracy
Assist with packing, labeling, and logistics when needed
