**자격 요건 및 조건**

학력 / 교육 / 자격증 :
-공인 물리치료사 보조(PTA) 프로그램 졸업 (준학사 학위 소지자)

경력 :
-총 세 번의 8주간 실습을 포함한 임상 실습 완료 필수 (노인과의 상호작용 포함 시 우대)
-허약한 노인 인구와의 1년 이상 근무 경력자 우대

업무 내용 :
-물리치료사(PT)의 지시에 따라 참여자 평가 및 치료 지원
-PT가 설계한 치료 프로그램 실행 및 측정 가능한 기능적 목표 설정 협력
-참여자의 관련 정보를 PT에게 관찰 및 보고
-PT의 임상 지시에 따라 타 직원 및 보호자에게 후속 프로그램 교육
-치료 기술자 및 보조원 지원
-장비 주문 및 발급 보고 (다학제 팀 또는 센터 관리자 지시에 따라)
-직원, 참여자, 보호자에게 올바른 자세 및 보조기기 사용 교육

급여 및 복지:
 시급 $34 - $40 + 직원 복지 혜택 포함

Physical Therapist Assistant Position

**Qualifications and Requirements**
Education/Training/Certifications :
-Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Experience :
-Completion of a clinical rotation required with three 8 week assignments, preferably including interaction with the elderly.
-One-year experience with a frail elderly population is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities :
-Assists the physical therapist (PT) in participant assessments and treatments as assigned.
-Implements treatment programs designed by the PT. Collaborates with the PT to identify measurable, functional outcomes.
-Observes and reports pertinent information about participants to the Physical Therapist.
-Under the clinical direction of the Physical Therapist, instructs other staff and/or caregivers on follow-through programs to be carried out by individuals other than the Physical Therapist.
-Provides assistance to Therapy Tech and Aides as needed.
-Orders equipment as assigned by the interdisciplinary team and/or Center Manager; Reports issuance of equipment to I-Team and Supervisor.
-Provides training on body mechanics and use of assistive/adaptive devices to staff, participants, and caregivers.

Salary & Benefits:
$34 - $40/hr + Employee Benefits
