JNK Accountancy Group is a full-service accounting firm located in Garden Grove, CA, servicing a wide array of domestic and international clients.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant in Tax and Accounting to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge staff execution with firm leadership—reviewing work, consulting directly with clients, and participating in due diligence projects, all in a collaborative firm environment

Key Responsibilities

• Review & Guidance: Review work completed by staff accountants and provide ongoing staff training.
• Client Advisory: Provide direct consultation, training, and education to clients.
• Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with managers and partners on high-level engagements, due diligence, and agreed-upon procedure projects.
• Full-Cycle Accounting & Tax: Perform all core duties of a staff accountant, including complex tax preparation, compilations, reconciliations, sales tax filings, and government notice resolutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient with Lacerte, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Core Knowledge: Solid knowledge of GAAP and Tax regulations.
• Working Style: Ability to work under minimum supervision, prioritize multiple project deadlines, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication: Solid interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and client engagement.
• Languages: Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Requirements: Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work overtime during the busy season and as needed.
