1. Staff Accountant 
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site│Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join our Los Angeles-based accounting team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll support, month-end close, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-entity environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash balances
• Reconcile and close corporate credit card accounts
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processing
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related reconciliations
• Prepare and generate financial statements through accounting systems
• Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with various accounting projects as needed

Qualifications
2–5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with bank reconciliation, AP, payroll support, and financial reporting preferred
QuickBooks or accounting software experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Hospitality, restaurant, or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus

2. Procurement & Office Mgmt Specialist 
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site│Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Office Mgmt Specialist to oversee and coordinate a broad range of administrative and operational support functions across our restaurant portfolio. This role is responsible for managing company assets, inventory, logistics, vendor relationships, and office and facility operations while ensuring efficient day-to-day business support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual works effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and takes a proactive approach to supporting business operations and the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Procure and manage key equipment, ingredients, consumables and office supplies for headquarters and restaurant locations.
• Operate and continuously improve the company's inventory management system, including tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
• Manage supply chain logistics and distribution of ingredients, consumables, supplies, and equipment across multiple restaurant locations.
• Administer and maintain vendor, supplier, and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and operational documentation.
• Manage company property, lease agreements, and related administrative matters.
• Support new restaurant openings, relocations, and operational projects as needed.
• Perform general affairs duties, including internal events and executive/guest support, as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Procurement, Office/Store Management, Vendor/Inventory Management, or a related administrative role.
• Experience working in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-location environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Southern California to company restaurant locations as needed.

3. Operations Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site│Full-Time

Position Summary
The Operations Specialist supports the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, operational efficiency, exceptional hospitality, and a positive team environment.

This role serves as a key operational partner to the General Manager and works closely with store managers, shift leads, baristas, vendors, and the executive operations team. The Operations Specialist will help maintain smooth business workflows, monitor operational performance, manage inventory and supply chain activities, support staffing and training, and implement processes that improve consistency, productivity, and customer experience across all locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Regional Manager in overseeing the daily operations of multiple coffee shop locations.
• Monitor day-to-day business workflows and identify operational issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational check-ins to ensure company standards, procedures, and service expectations are consistently followed.
• Monitor inventory usage, levels, ordering patterns, and waste to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate the distribution and transfer of ingredients, supplies, consumables, and equipment between locations.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order, delivery and quality of products and services.
• Train and coach baristas, and other team members on operational procedures, service standards, POS systems, food safety, and beverage preparation.
• Assist with equipment, inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, staffing, training, and operational readiness for new locations.

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of retail, F&B, or hospitality management experience.
• Previous experience supporting multiple retail, restaurant, or coffee shop locations preferred, including hands-on experience in coffee/beverage preparation and commercial coffee equipment management/maintenance.
• Experience working with POS systems/accounting/inventory management system strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Korean-English bilingual proficiency preferred to support communication with employees, vendors, business partners, and internal leadership as needed.
• Must be flexible to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, or non-standard hours as needed to support business operations, special projects, store openings, or operational issues.
• Ability to travel between company locations and other business-related destinations as required.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.
 
4. Brand & Marketing Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site- requires visits to restaurant/cafe locations│Full-Time

Position Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategy across all customer touchpoints. This role will oversee brand positioning, product launches, tactical marketing initiatives, creative direction, customer experience, and brand communications while ensuring consistency across all locations and platforms. Working closely with executive leadership, operations, culinary, and creative teams, the Brand & Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our brands, establishing strong brand foundations, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development (Foundational Architecture — High Priority)
• Develop and execute long-term brand strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and identity for both rōk and Quarters KBBQ.
• Conduct regular brand audits to identify gaps in brand perception and execution; lead rebranding or brand evolution initiatives as the group expands into new markets.
• Ensure absolute brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Marketing, Collabs & Campaign Management (Hands-on Execution)
Brand Collaborations: Ideate, negotiate, and execute trend-driven collaboration projects with local artists, fashion/lifestyle brands, or complementary F&B concepts to drive buzz and acquire new audiences.
Tactical Promotions: Design and deploy promotional initiatives, digital/physical coupon campaigns, limited-time offers (LTOs), and loyalty programs to directly drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and new store opening initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and community engagement with a highly hands-on approach to capturing and creating trend-driven visual content (photography, Reels, Shorts).
• Manage annual marketing calendars and budgets.

Product & Customer Experience
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on new menu launches and brand storytelling.
• Lead packaging, merchandise (MD) development, menu design, signage, and in-store branding projects.
• Ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience across all locations.

Creative & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Manage creative projects including photography, video production, graphic design, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, designers, printers, photographers, and production vendors.
• Maintain strict brand guidelines and ensure proper implementation across all materials.

Brand Insights & Trend Analysis
• Monitor F&B industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting consumer behaviors to keep rōk and Quarters ahead of the curve and support expansion initiatives.
• Identify new partnership, collaboration, and growth opportunities based on market trends.
• Analyze campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and customer feedback to extract meaningful insights for improving future brand initiatives.
• Translate marketing metrics and field insights into actionable, data-driven recommendations to support long-term brand equity and leadership decisions.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Brand Strategy.
Hospitality, food & beverage (F&B), retail, or lifestyle consumer brand experience is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a hands-on track record of building brand identities and executing successful digital/social marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media algorithms (IG, TikTok), and trend cycles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong willingness to remain highly hands-on in content creation and field execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Korean (Highly Preferred) to effectively communicate with executive leadership and align with company dynamics.
Deep understanding of, and passion for, Korean cuisine (한식) and K-food culture; prior marketing experience in the K-food space is a major plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus (Equivalent practical experience and portfolio are highly valued over degrees).
• Experience building or scaling emerging consumer brands.
• Experience leading new product launches or retail/restaurant openings.
• An established network within the LA food influencer and content creator community.

5. Store Manager - Korean BBQ
Location: Los Angeles, CA│On-Site│Full-Time

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our Koreatown location. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience managing high-volume restaurant teams.

Compensation
• $80,000–$90,000 annual salary + incentive
• Compensation review upon completion of probation period

Schedule
• 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (includes 3-hour break)
• 5.5 days/week; 1.5 weekdays off
• One week/month follows a 5-day schedule

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations and performance
• Staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• Maintain service and brand standards
• Guest support and complaint resolution
