[Open Positions]
Full-Time & Part-Time Retail Store Associate
[Key Responsibilities]
Greet customers and provide product information
Process purchases and returns using the POS system
Stock merchandise and maintain organized product displays
Check inventory and organize incoming merchandise
Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Support promotions and in-store events
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Perform other store-related duties assigned by the manager
[Qualifications]
No previous experience required
Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented
Responsible, reliable, and able to work consistently
Able to work well with team members
Able to provide basic customer service in English
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Interest in K-POP and Korean fashion accessories
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on the store schedule

Starting at $18 per hour
Higher pay may be considered based on experience and qualifications
